What types of foot care services do you provide?
We offer medical-standard care including nail trimming, callus and corn removal, thickened and fungal nail treatment, verruca, ingrown nails and treatment for common foot conditions, all in the comfort of your home.
What happens during the first appointment?
We visit you in the comfort of your own home and begin with a thorough assessment, take your medical history, perform neurological checks and any specific foot concerns. We then explain a personalised treatment plan, carry out the necessary work, and discuss any follow-up care required.
How much does a visit cost?
The standard price is £35 per visit. For one-off consultations or urgent appointments outside our usual travel radius that are booked independently (rather than when we are already scheduled to be in your area) the cost will be £45 for the standard consultation.
What areas do you cover?
We provide mobile foot care across Hull, Beverley, Hornsea, and Driffield, including surrounding villages such as Hessle, Cottingham, Brandesburton, and Nafferton. If you are unsure if we cover your specific location, please feel free to get in touch.
How long does a treatment take?
Appointments typically take 45mins. The first visit takes longer as we need to fill in some forms and perform a complete work up subsequent visits will be briefer as we get on top of your foot care. Once a year a full vascular and neurological assessment will be completed.

Are we qualified and insured?
Yes. Lucy Turner is a fully qualified Foot Health Practitioner and a Member of the College of Foot Health (MCFH). Fully insured with Gallaghers. We adhere to strict professional standards and use medical-grade sterilised equipment for every patient.
Do you supply treatments, or do I have to buy them at a pharmacy?
Yes we do carry a small stock of treatments, creams and sprays we need to treat your foot problems, but there is no pressure to buy these from Hop&Skip, we can jot down what you’ll need and you can shop around.
